Hello, 👋 my name is Cintia Chelles. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I moved to Miami Beach with my family when I was 10 years old. After Hurricane Andrew in 1992, our family moved to Broward County. I currently live in Palm Beach County. I know South Florida and its market well. As a real estate professional, my experience in both residential and commercial real estate really began as a Fire Fighter/Fire Inspector for fire rescue. I'm well versed with city zoning and planning ordinances including fire, life safety and building codes. Especially for those looking to start a business and have no idea where to begin when it comes to zoning and city ordinances; I can assist you with that. Those that know me well would describe me as tenacious, enthusiastic, and motivated. I love CrossFit and Yoga as my hobbies. Living in sunny South Florida, I enjoy my walks on the beach and training for marathons. I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently.
